The standard we target
The site is designed around semantic HTML, keyboard access, visible focus, readable contrast, text resizing, large touch targets, labeled controls, understandable validation, reduced-motion preferences, and descriptive page titles and headings. HomeHero targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA; that target is a continuing practice rather than a claim that every experience is perfect on every combination of technology.
How the site is reviewed
HomeHero's release process includes automated accessibility checks and browser tests across representative public, legal, form, navigation, and error states. Manual review covers keyboard navigation, focus order, menu behavior, touch targets, headings, form labels and errors, reduced motion, responsive reflow, and screen-reader-relevant names and structure.
Supported use
The website is built for current major browser engines and responsive layouts. Users may navigate with a keyboard, browser zoom, platform accessibility settings, and common assistive technology. Older browsers or unusual combinations of browser extensions and assistive technology may behave differently.
Third-party services
Booking, chat, Google profile and review surfaces, financing, and HeroCare checkout may open or render services operated by other providers. HomeHero does not control every part of those external services. If one creates an accessibility barrier, contact HomeHero by phone or email for another way to complete the task.
Report a barrier or request help
Email Info@HomeHeroHVAC.com or call 918-633-8031. Include the page or task, the device and browser if known, what happened, and the format or alternative that would help. HomeHero will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge the issue, offer another way to access the service where possible, and use the report to improve the site.
