Yes. Second opinions are free. If you already have a repair quote or replacement recommendation, contact HomeHero before you decide.
What equipment brands do you work with?+
HomeHero is an American Standard dealer and also offers Ameristar, Amana, Goodman, Carrier, and Bryant equipment. We service all brands and handle warranty repairs under the equipment's existing coverage.
What warranty comes with new equipment?+
HomeHero registers new equipment we install. Residential equipment comes with a 10-year parts warranty; commercial equipment comes with a five-year parts warranty. HeroCare adds five years of labor and refrigerant coverage on new HomeHero equipment, provided HeroCare stays continuously active throughout those five years. Your proposal includes the applicable warranty terms.
How do I request commercial work?+
Call or email HomeHero with the property, equipment, site contact, scope, and timing. For bid invitations, include a secure link to plans and specifications and the bid due date.
