Information we collect
HomeHero collects information you choose to provide when you request service, book an appointment, start a chat, ask about a project, join HeroCare, inquire about a partnership, or contact the company. Depending on the path, this may include your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, service address, company, project information, appointment preferences, equipment or property context, and the content of your message.
The website may also receive limited technical and source information such as the page visited, referring website, campaign parameters, referral or partner code, browser or device information, and basic server logs used for delivery, security, and troubleshooting.
Browser storage and attribution
Your Privacy choices control optional analytics and advertising. Both start off. The website loads Google's tag directly to measure website use when analytics is allowed, and loads Meta Pixel to measure campaign interactions when advertising is allowed. Advertising browser privacy signals are honored. Booking, chat, phone, and email remain available without optional tracking.
Local storage remembers your privacy choices for up to 180 days. You can change them using Privacy choices in the footer. Turning an enabled category off refreshes the page and removes the known first-party measurement cookies for that category. Providers may retain information previously collected under their own policies.
With optional measurement allowed, session storage keeps limited campaign, source, and landing-page context while you move through the site. Advertising click identifiers are kept only when advertising is allowed. Referral or partner codes you provide may accompany a request. Session information normally clears when the browser session ends. Dismissing scheduling help records a local dismissal time for seven days.
The embedded Google Reviews widget may use Elfsight's elfsight_viewed_recently cookie to avoid counting repeated widget views. This provider cookie is separate from HomeHero's optional Google and Meta measurement. Elfsight describes its cookies in its Privacy Policy.
How information is used
HomeHero uses information to respond to you, check service-area and project fit, schedule or route work, prepare for a conversation, support customer communication, administer HeroCare, maintain business records, secure and improve the website, understand how requests reach HomeHero, and comply with applicable obligations.
HomeHero does not use an online inquiry as proof that an appointment, estimate, project, financing application, or purchase has been accepted. Confirmation comes through the applicable scheduling, proposal, checkout, or provider process.
Connected services and providers
HomeHero uses service providers only for the functions needed to operate the website and business. Information may be processed by hosting and security providers, Couplr for booking, chat, lead capture, customer communication, CRM workflows, and HeroCare checkout, Google for Business Profile, Maps, and review features, and the financing provider when you choose to leave HomeHero's site and apply.
Public Google reviews are displayed through an Elfsight-hosted widget. Loading the widget connects your browser to Elfsight, which may receive technical request data such as your IP address, browser type, and operating system to deliver and operate the review display.
A provider's own privacy notice and terms govern its service, including booking, chat, and payment forms embedded inside this website. HomeHero sends only limited measurement events to Google and Meta under the choices described above; names, phone numbers, email addresses, and form messages are excluded from general website analytics.
Calls and text messages
When you call, text, book, chat, or submit a request, HomeHero may contact you about that request or an active customer relationship. Recurring automated or marketing texts require the applicable optional consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Retention and security
HomeHero retains information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, perform or support service, maintain customer, consent, warranty, tax, project, dispute, and security records, and meet applicable obligations. Retention may differ by record type and the provider that holds it. Information that is no longer reasonably needed may be deleted or deidentified when practical.
HomeHero uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults arranging property, business, or project services. HomeHero does not knowingly solicit personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information through the site, contact HomeHero so the request can be reviewed.
Your choices, requests, and policy changes
You may contact HomeHero to ask about information you submitted through the website, request a reasonable correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. HomeHero may need to verify the requester and may retain information when reasonably necessary for legal, security, service, warranty, or recordkeeping purposes.
HomeHero may update this policy as website practices and providers change. The effective date will be revised when a material update is published.
